Organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001

AL-KO Vehicle Technology Electronics S.r.l. – traditionally attentive to compliance with the principles of fairness, transparency and legality – has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, a tool in continuous evolution that identifies compliance with the law as the guiding principle of business ethics.

It is in the primary interest of our company that all those who – in any capacity – work for us, carry out their activities in compliance with the principles and values contained in the Model 231, as an essential tool for guiding, promoting and spreading correct and straightforward behaviour, also as a guarantee of the good functioning, reliability and reputation of AL-KO Vehicle Technology Electronics S.r.l.

The company has also appointed a Supervisory Body (the so-called SB), whose task is to oversee the operation and compliance with Model 231 within the company. The Supervisory Board is composed of a professional from outside the company, Mr. Luca Pandini, who holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and an internal member, Ms. Beatrice Fraddosio.
