The brand new LevelVan support system is a genuine innovation: the world's very first hydraulic support system developed specifically for panel vans, it is the only model to use carbon cylinders, making it particularly lightweight. The net weight is under 50 kg, but it can nevertheless support and level vehicles of up to 4.25 t precisely and stably—simply at the touch of a button and without any physical effort!
Why is this so important? The permissible gross weight for a panel van is usually between 3.3 and 3.5 tonnes. Only very few owners load their vehicle fully, as a fully loaded van is limited to a maximum speed of 100 km/h and you lose one of the key advantages of a panel van: faster travel speed. Considering that an air conditioning system can weigh up to 30 kg, every kilogram saved on vehicle technology translates into a tangible improvement in travel quality.
Lightweight components, easy installation
The steady legs extend automatically within just a few minutes and bring the vehicle into a level position for secure parking. Two individual positions can be saved: one for levelling and one for tank drainage.

LevelM Pro 4x4 – maximum stability even off the beaten track
For anyone who ventures beyond standard pitches with their panel van and tackles more demanding terrain, AL-KO VT offers a solution that combines comfort and off-road suitability with the LevelM Pro 4x4. This system, based on the proven LevelM Pro, has been specially developed for vehicles built on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VS30 4x4 chassis with a permissible gross weight of up to 4.25 t.
The highlight of the design is the extra-long hydraulic cylinders, providing an impressive ground clearance of 280 mm (compared to 140 mm with the standard version). This means full off-road capability is maintained—even on steep ramps, slopes or rough terrain, the steady legs do not restrict the vehicle's manoeuvrability.
Levelling is fully automatic, quiet and precise at the push of a button. Two brushless AC motors and independent pump units ensure that the vehicle is smoothly and evenly levelled—a particular benefit on uneven ground.
The system works quickly and quietly, bringing the vehicle into position within just a few minutes and allowing three individual setups to be stored, e.g. for levelling, sleeping position or the ideal angle for tank drainage. An optional weighing function is also available.

HY4 – hydraulic levelling support system with practical weighing function
The all-rounder with weighing function
If your panel van has a permissible gross weight exceeding 4.25 t, or you want to know if your vehicle is correctly loaded before setting off, we recommend our popular HY4. This support system is supplied with an integrated weighing function and allows millimetre-perfect levelling of a panel van.
Additional comfort is provided by two individually programmable positions, e.g. a sleep position and the ideal tilt for emptying the waste water tank.
Clearly labelled buttons let you control pairs of steady legs individually and select the gradient-levelling function either manually or automatically. Levelling is accurate down to the millimetre and takes just a few minutes. A built-in tilt sensor also indicates whether levelling is possible at your site.
